Due to the nature of the industry of shipping live products, we do not accept returns on our products. However, we do guarantee all of our products to arrive in excellent working order. If your beneficial insects (or other products) arrive dead, damaged or defective, we will either replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.
For replacement orders, please keep in mind our Shipping Policy and order deadlines. Replacements will be shipped out on our normal shipping day (Wednesday of each week).
